Simply telling my children I did the podcast has opened up a whole new level of conversation with them and given them permission to ask me questions again. I have had incredible conversations with each of them - thank you again for the opportunity to share my story.

I feel like a weight has been lifted. I’ve been carrying those stories and those feelings around for quite some time, and I have this sense of relief and calmness knowing that I’ve shared that story and people will be able to hear about it.

Sometimes you gotta do things scared. Today is that day for me. I had the awesome opportunity to be a part of a podcast, which feels like a movement, encouraging women to tell their story… I’m doing it afraid because this is perhaps the most vulnerable I’ve ever been… but it’s also the most free I’ve ever felt.
